“My wife and I had a very disappointing experience with BVIP Limousine that I feel others should be aware of before booking. We hired their service for our wedding two weeks ago, expecting professionalism and reliability — unfortunately, they fell short. Though the actual vehicle was great, the driver and Tommy (who is in charge of BVIP) were anything but that. The vehicle arrived late to pick up our guests, which in turn, caused our wedding to start over 20 minutes late. The driver didn't know where he was going, which caused him to miss a crucial exit. The driver did not apologize / there was no sense of urgency to get to the wedding. Numerous guests told us he even laughed it off and said "Well you'll make it for the party." This is extremely hurtful knowing we paid over $1,500 for this service. Be aware that they also include a tip, prior to the service. We paid this driver over $200 AND we found out they had a tip jar on the bus. The bus was also supposed to return back to the hotel at 11 pm. The driver sat there with a FULL bus insisting my mother in law needed to give him the “okay to leave.” Mind you, this was never communicated to us? Some of our guests sat on the shuttle for over 30 minutes waiting. We even had a few guests get Ubers since they were so tired of waiting. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues — including calling Tommy directly, we received no resolution from Tommy. When my mother in law called, he was demeaning, rude, and disrespectful. He basically insinuated that we were lying about all of the problems stated. He even managed to turn the blame on my wife, which had nothing to do with any of the problems. Tommy even stated "The 80 year old driver would never act like that. " Eighty years old.... For a premium-priced service, this level of quality and customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend BVIP Limo to others and strongly suggest considering alternative providers who value their customers and deliver what they promise.”
